I offer two classes online that are suitable for the on-screen learning environment. Classes are adapted to suit all participants. Beginners are very welcome. Classes are conducted on Zoom.

- Tai Chi Loosening (6.30-7.20pm): A collection of NieJia (internal kung fu) preparation exercises from Taiwan.
An excellent routine of exercises I've learnt in Taiwan called 'zhor sung kung' that provide a general mobility and stretching work out. It comes from an internal martial arts background, is practiced while standing and is suitable for most fitness levels. - Chi Kung (7.30-8.15pm): A session specialising in core exercises (Ji Bin Gong) including moving and standing (Zhan Zhuang) and is suitable for all levels.
